JER 31:13 Then maidens will dance and be glad, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow. We went to the Ivan Parker concert at East Bend School last Friday Night. The Boys from Enon were there, and both they and Ivan Parker were great! However, the most exciting part of the worship for me was Ivan’s son, Josh Parker, when he played “Shout to the Lord” as an instrumental. It was incredible! So right now Ivan Parker is beginning to have a blended Worship in his ministry, and everyone seemed to love it. And ninety percent of that everyone on Friday Night was over sixty years of age. What if there had been young people! Can’t we come together in true “inter-generational Worship?! Inter-generational faith is something to think about.
