JESUS THE ULTIMATE DONOR. This 14 month old girl has been diagnosed with a rare liver disease and needed transplant. Mom found to be a suitable donor and donated half of her liver. Both doing good in ICU. Now the kid has to take medication that suppresses her immune system probably for her lifetime, otherwise the kids immune system will reject the new liver since its foreign (not of self). For this immunosuppressions must not only be prescribed but must also be taken. Problem with immune suppression is that it renders one susceptible to infections, and this means this child has to live a careful life to avoid any possible infection. What could be a simple flu to the next person could be life threatening to her. While we were hopelessly dying slowly in our sin the heavenly realms sought for a donor. JESUS proved to be a compatible donor. He gave His life so we could live. This however was and still is a very foreign phenomenon to us. Our human, earthly nature tends to reject everything thats not of this world as foreign. So the Holy Spirit was prescribed, but He must be adhered to and listened to attentively for the proper suppression of our human nature. It thus follows that he who is on heavenly medication (guidance of the Holy Spirit) ought to take care of himself, for things that are minor ailments to the rest might prove lethal to him.
