JESUS TRULY LOVES YOU 1 Corinthians 2:4-11 KJV And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of mans wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: [5] That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. [6] Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: [7] But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: [8] Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it , they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. [9] But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. [10] But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. [11] For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. * Man words can only be helpful with mans understanding. But man will never know what happens in your heart of hearts everyday. * Mans wisdom is limted. * Gods wisdom is unlimited. * God will trust you with the deeper mysteries of how his love is real when you are prepared to trust him. * Prepare youself to understand Jesus not only by the interpretations of someone elses experiences, experience Him for yourself. * My testimony is not your testimony, you have a special relationship with God so you are special to God in your own way. * God wants people to know how special you are He has already helped me understand my story. * Let God help you to see how your story has the power to bless God. A Story about Trust. A man walks the tight rope with no safety net or guide rope, just the tight rope and balance pole, a successful and famous feet to the applause of a multitude of witnesses who shouted and praised his success in amazment. During an interview He expressed that He would do it again and asked those watching if they believed he could do it. The crowd cheered him on to walk the rope in expression of their belief. Then he said this time that he was going to walk the wire pushing a wheel barrow across the wire and the crowed roared He asked do you believe that I will make it, yay the crowd roared. Do you believe in me yes they cried out. Woooo. Yes... Okay I want a volunteer, no answer he asked again until he was sure he had their full attention and all of a sudden quietness. Well anyone I need someone to get in the wheel barrow and cross the tight rope with me. Wow....groaning from the crowd. What! no one wants to experience this, Imagine the stories you could tell your children and grandchildren you would be a hero. Come on you believe in me dont you? No one was prepared to believe in him and missed the opportunity * The Moral being we often say we believe in someone but most often do not trust their ability to complete the claims they make. * We will often support their claims by encouragement with thee Oh well expression if they fail, but we will not be prepared to support their claims by following after them or taking part in the activities they are asking us to take part in. * In order for us to grow in our belief in Jesus we have to take the opportunity to get to know him personally. Faith requires the operation of believing and following. Romans 10:17 KJV So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Ephesians 4:10-15 KJV He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) [11] And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; [12] For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: [13] Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: [14] That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; [15] But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV * When we are not prepared to acknowledge him, it is is obvious we do not trust him. John 3:16 KJV * Believe on Jesus and he shall give you everlasting life. John 12:47 KJV And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. John 13:19 KJV Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am he . John 14:29 KJV And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. Acts 1:9-11 KJV And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. [10] And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; [11] Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. The word of God: 2 Timothy 3:15-17 KJV And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. [16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. * In reading of Gods word we have instruction to help us to live a more peaceful life. But in prder for us to understand the mysteries in the word we must become believrrs of Jesus. How do we do this? The bible says = 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. He is a loving God and as a child of God we are commanded to love one another, we are not meant to judge one another. 2 Timothy 3:15-17 KJV And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. [16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. John 13:35 KJV By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. John 15:16-17 KJV Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. [17] These things I command you, that ye love one another. 1 Timothy 4:1-16 KJV Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; [3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. [4] For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: [5] For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. [6] If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained. [7] But refuse profane and old wives fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. [8] For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. [9] This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. [10] For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe. [11] These things command and teach. [12] Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. [13] Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. [14] Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. [15] Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. [16] Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee. When man fails you, try God for yourself He loves you...\●/
