JESUS gave us a very simple assignment: Heal the sick and cast out demons. Pretty simple huh. Yet how many churches TEACH how to do this let alone do it themselves. Most of what I learned about these things came from trial and error, reading and watching others. Any tiny little piece of info about either was so valuable to me. Having a full time street ministry in NYC for 23 years made it essential for me to know this stuff. Even then there was so much I didn’t know. One day, I prayed for someone who had a bunch of demons. One of his demons made it extremely hard for him to even move. He walked with his head all the way down. The next day , I COULD HARDLY MOVE. I called up two friends to come over and cast this demon out of me. Immediately after they prayed for me it was gone. Our churches are complete failures in showing us how to do what should be the main course of every believer’s diet. And even worse, when I want to share the knowledge I have about this stuff, most believers aren’t even interested in learning!!! We should be much more interested in this area of the spirit led life.
