JHATPAT-SNACKS 2 chuda - chemi 10 gms chudwa or flattened rice 10 gms matar or peas or chemi cut half small onion into small pieces cut half small tomato into small pieces cut 1 green chilly kassori methi (a pinch) butter (1\2 teaspoon) cut 4 sprigs of hara dhania or green coriander leaves pinch of rock salt in a wok or kadai roast chudwa or microwave it for 1 min. keep it aside cook matar in butter add to it the kasoori methi in a bowl mix all cut veggies & add a pinch of salt. serving suggestion- in a plate first put roasted chudwa on top of it spread the cooked matar on top put the cut veggies and a pinch of rock salt. serve. u can sprinkle a little chat masala if required!
