This week’s guest speaker will as usual, enlighten you and give you important knowledge to further your business. Our guest speaker is Anne d’Oliveira, Vice President of The Photographic Society of South Africa (PSSA). How many of us show our work to potential clients or deliver our work to clients without any understanding of how they might be evaluating our photographs. Most of our clients either like or don’t like and many of us adopt a similar approach. Lets get the low-down and be more informed and thus present and deliver at a higher standard !! Anne d’Oliveira presently runs a two day workshop for the PSSA on evaluating and appraising images. She will summarise her course and give us an overview on how to evaluate the photographic image. My belief is that it is always good to have rules, so that you have a starting point from which to move forward.
