The world stood still while nearly 1 million people died during 100 days. Forgive my personal opinion in this, but I would suggest that something like this will never happen again, but it has. Without sending troops, the US could have placed sanctions, blocked radio frequencies so riot speech would have been blocked, insist the UN troops protect the innocent. But we didnt because it was too much of a hassle for President Clinton to do something. He said this is his biggest regret during his presidency. Thats nice. 1 million people dead and he has regrets. Hopefully, if we are in this scenario again, we can be louder about stopping the slaughter of innocent people. Winter is coming...
