Step 2 Slim down those arms with plenty of cardiovascular training. Any activity that elevates your heart rate -- such as running, brisk walking or cycling Step 3 Incorporate high-intensity interval training at least twice a week. You can use any cardio exercise you enjoy. Crank up the intensity for one to three minutes, and then sharply decrease the intensity for the same time frame. Step 4 Tone your triceps with targeted strength exercises such as cable push down, dumbbell extensions, dumbbell kicks and bench dips performing 3 sets of 15-20 reps each.
