JIM MOIR RECIPIENT OF 2013 DISNEY CONSERVATION HERO AWARD Jim Moir, nominated by the Marine Resources Council, is recognized for "his passion and dedication to protecting wildlife and wild places in Brevard County." Jim and the Marine Resources Council have worked valiantly on the restoration of the Indian River Lagoon (IRL). The IRL is a foraging habitat for juvenile greens among other sea turtles. So we really appreciate his hard work and dedication to our wildlife. Congratulations on this major recognition.
