JJ/JS..Enjoy these delicious tried and tested recipe . Relish healthy oats cutlets with your loved ones. Here is the recipe for you: Ingredients- 1 cup oats, 2 boiled & mashed potatoes, 3 tsp each (grated & chopped)- cauliflower, carrots, cabbage & bottle gourd, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, curd ( enough to bind the ingredients together) and red chilli powder, dry mango powder, garam masala & salt –for taste. Process: Take all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Roll into your favourite shapes. Cook the cutlets in a non- stick pan until both the sides are brown and crispy. Serve hot with coriander chutney!
