JJ is still a bit depressed the morning after her surgery. Its to be expected after her brush with death by gunshot wound yesterday. The problem with being a neighborhood dog is that you are considered a stray; no one takes responsibility for care, confinement, or vetting. Everyone feeds you, but no one loves you enough to take you totally into their hearts--and this is what happens. Now JJ is the ward of Campbell County. We pray we can find her a home where she will have ONLY love, where no one will again chase her off or use her in their personal vendetta against stray dogs. Please help us find that home!
