RESPONSIBILITIES Design and MarketingIntern will work directly with marketing team of both JJW Vietnam and Crepe House to undertake the following tasks: 1. Marketing: - Generate ideas for marketing activities in Crepe House together with Marketing team - Support running promotional events - Take care of Crepe House Facebook visual content 2. Design - Take food and drink pictures to support design work - Create designs for Crepe House campaigns - Coordinate with and support design and marketing team to design marketing materials for different campaigns for Crepe House - Support design materials for JJW’s newsletter, PR & Advertising activities (posters, banners, standees, FB posts, T-shirts, etc.) 3. Administrative tasks Besides the focus working area, intern will be provided opportunity to work on multiple aspects of a media and PR company to understand more about the industry and acquire valuable working experience. WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS • 3 to 4 month (extendable) internship, starting time need based (ASAP). • At least 20 hours/week (Full Time Preferred) • Unpaid internship but allowance of 750,000VND to support travel expenses is provided. 550,000VND of this allowance to be paid at end of the month, 200,000 VND for each month paid upon successful completion of the internship. • Lunch & snacks provided for Full Time Interns, case-by-case for part time interns. • An opportunity to gain valuable insight and first-hand experience in areas in which JJW and Crepe House is involved, and be immerged in a dynamic working environment. REQUIREMENTS • Good command of spoken and written English; • Designing skills – ability to use Illustrator is preferred. Photoshop • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to operate to tight schedules and deadlines • Ability to multitask • Ability to pay close attention to detail • Strong sense of responsibility • Pro-active and results oriented with a drive to succeed and achieve goals • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point.
