JJs Journey: Tomorrow JJ is suppose to have his surgery to take a piece of the mass in his Liver for testing whether it is cancerous. I spoke with everyone who will be performing or assisting in the surgery and I have come to a conclusion that I do not want to put JJ through another surgery simply because its just torture. When the surgeon goes in to take a sample of the mass he could possibly puncture it & JJ could bleed massively. Then he will have to remove half of his Liver to get the entire mass out. If the mass was to be tested and diagnosed as cancer, the doctors have already told us there is no chance he will survive therapy. If the surgeon removes the mass and the results come back just a Hemangioma then I have put him through a purposeless surgery. From previous surgeries, when JJ comes back to recover he looks horrible and miserable, it just breaks my heart & I do not wish to see him like that again. So I will continue to pray about it & hopefully God will assure me that I am doing the right thing for him. But other than that JJ has been wonderful. The size of his belly is still down I am so happy that he is happy! He is becoming very anxious. I have been watching him trying to roll over it is so adorable! Please continue to pray for our sweet JJ! :)
