TJFACT, a veteran owned contracting company, is currently seeking to identify a Program Manager a Military Personnel and Human Resources Directorate Support at Fort Lee, Virginia for a potential new contract. Seeking an Army Personnel Manager to lead and manage a Military Personnel Division supporting Soldiers at Fort Lee, VA. Will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely personnel support to approximately 16,000 growing to 30,000 Soldiers and others at Fort Lee, VA. Will provide the following support and services: personnel management, student management, personnel records, ID Cards, Casualty operations, eMILPO support, transition support for separating and retiring Soldiers, Retiree support, in and out processing and other functions. The primary mission of the Human Resources Directorate is to provide military personnel with training for logistical support units Armywide. This includes research, development and the teaching of the system and doctrine that will be the 21st century standards. Qualifications: Requires a bachelors degree or its equivalent with at least 10 years or more years experience in the field or in a related area. Must have a current secret security clearance Must be computer literate and very familiar with Army personnel databases and support requirements Must have solid leadership and work force management skills. Duties: Manages the daily activities of an complex operating unit. Responsible for planning and directing budgets, goals, and business objectives. Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed. Primary client contact. Expertise in a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
