JOB ALERT - Orlando!! We need a couple of MARKETING people. 1. Full time Marketing for growing Real Estate Office Digital web, video, print and phone marketing. They market themselves to attract new buyers, new sellers and new agents. They also market to past customers to generate repeat and referral business. They market their real estate listings both to sell them and also to attract calls from buyers whom we then convert to loyal customers. Candidate must understand and have solid experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), social media marketing, video/youtube marketing, print marketing, email marketing and direct mail marketing, issuing press releases, syndicating articles, writing professional marketing pieces and blog entries and be able to develop and coordinate all of these campaigns simultaneously. Since they are a smaller company, the ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to fill in and do whatever is necessary on any given day. Ideally, candidate either has their real estate license or would be willing to obtain their real estate license after about six months of employment. The company would pay the candidate their regular pay while in real estate class and will reimburse the candidate their school tuition six months after obtaining their license so long as they are still employed by the company at that time. Mac and PC software skills required: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Exchange, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher) PDF editing and authoring ability Adobe Photoshop on Mac and PC Adobe Illustrator on Mac and PC Adobe Premier Pro Final Cut Pro on Mac Hootsuite Mailchimp, Constant Contact and other email marketing suites LinkedIn Twitter and associated Twitter automation suites Facebook for business and associated marketing/promotional/contest techniques Google Plus and associated marketing/promotional/contest techniques Wordpress and other WYSIWYG editors At least light experience with web development tools Typing of at least 50 wpm *Must be willing to learn new technologies to keep up with market demands Other responsibilities will also include: Answering phones (we all answer the phone) Responding to incoming leads by phone and answering questions Outgoing calls to new internet leads daily Outgoing marketing calls to recruit agents Attend marketing meetings and conferences on behalf of the broker/president Occasional errands for the office as needed Initiating, coordinating, promoting and attending networking events sponsored by the office Schedule meetings, property showings and interviews for the broker in Outlook Scanning documents and filing/saving them to the company’s online document storage system Entering expenses in accounting software 2. Digital Marketing Specialist for large Hospital Group A lot of the same skills as above to include Pay Per Click, Google Analytics and an Agency Background would be ideal.
