Our client, a sales organization in the transportation industry, is in need of a talented Regional Campus Recruiter to join their team ASAP! The Regional Campus Recruiter is responsible for managing, developing and coordinating on campus recruiting activities in multiple markets that yield full time hires within the organization. The Regional Campus Recruiter will act as a liaison between Corporate and Regional Teams and will be responsible for expanding previously developed relationships at top yielding universities. Primary responsibilities: • Ability to take previously established contacts to the next level by focusing on candidate producing relationships with faculty/professors on assigned campuses. • Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and delivering qualified and screened candidates for company’s program. • Effectively able to communicate to recruiting teams on campus recruiting strategies and initiatives. • Creatively find outlets to increase strength of relationships and reach on campus thru professors, coaches, student group leaders, career development offices and additional college officials. • Source candidates through all on campus recruitment activities. • Participate in hiring process, including on campus interviewing and screening applicants. • Conduct on-campus interviews and make decisions regarding candidacy. • Participate in job fairs, presentations and other campus events as availability permits. • Build company brand and buzz on campus by developing creative ideas and strategies to promote company on college campuses. • Track and drive metrics and monitors results on assigned campuses to meet hiring goals. • Court candidates and develop communication cadence focused on follow-up with recruits during hiring process. • Provide positive experience to all candidates and guests. • Entry, maintenance and data integrity for applicant tracking system and college recruiting dashboard. • Assist with projects delegated by Supervisor. • Assist in execution of College Recruiting Events in Regional Offices. Desired Skills & Experience • At least 12 months of College Recruitment or Regional Recruiting experience needed. • Must have exposure working in multiple markets or a regional organization. • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Access & Microsoft Excel. • Proven experience influencing and leading peers. • Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to successfully interact with professionals at all levels, internal and external. • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. • Ability to enthusiastically promote company to potential employees. • Willing to travel up to 80% during peak recruiting season in a specified region. Overnight stays required.
