JOB ANNOUNCEMENT- Wag Hotels Dog & Cat Boarding has an open Guest Services /Team Member position. Shifts run anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on operational needs. Position is part time with potential for full time. Applicants mus be available to work holidays ( including but not limited to Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year) Duties will include but are not limited to: Escort guests to and from playgroup areas, bathing and grooming. Deliver room service meals and water to guests. Assist special services and specialized care guests. Refresh, Clean and Sanitize guests room. Assist Senior Guest Services team members and Housekeeping Team members Pick-up and properly dispose of dog and cat bodily fluids Required Qualifications: Ability to handle dogs on or off leash in a pack environment. Must be at least 18 years of age. .Set and maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Must operate all equipment and use chemicals assigned safely and efficiently. Must be dedicated to deliver positive, detail orientated results. Treats dogs and cats humanely, with compassion and concern. Passionate about the health and well being of dogs as well as team members. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email, etc.) Ability to lift 50 lbs.
