JOB Accounts Executive Job Description 1) Handling petty cash and bank account on daily basis and bank reconciliation on monthly basis. 2) Preparation of Books of Accounts & Monitoring and Controlling day to day Accounting activities 3) Maintain & payment of TDS, Service tax, and Vat in monthly basis preparing and return filing. 4) M.I.S. Report of Weekly and Monthly Sales & Payment Statement, Weekly Fund Flow Statement, and Budget Preparation. 5) Reconciliation StatementBank, Stock, Debtor, Head Office & Branch Office Preparation Salary Sheet. 6) Cross checking Account payable and Account receivable entry. All invoice and Payment timely. 7) Co-ordination with Bank for all Banking Issues. 8) Online Payment of All taxes ( Tds, Tcs, Service tax, Sales Tax & Excise duty) 9) Online Payment to all Vendors through NEFT & RTGS 10) Prepare Detail of Service tax Reverse Charges. 11) Prepare outstanding details of Customer & Suppler. 12) Follow- up with Marketing department for collection of payment & Form C 13) Prepare details of Sales Tax Return 14) Monthly preparation of trial balance, profit & loss account and balance sheet 15) Ensure all payments only after approval & preparation of all accounting voucher such as cash, bank, journals etc 16) Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
