Must be strong in the Windows Operating System. •Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong written/verbal communication skills required. Must maintain a high level of quality in all written and verbal communications while in this role. An essential job function is to write clearly and articulately. •Excellent interpersonal skills, i.e.: listening, outgoing, positive & enthusiastic personality. •Must be able to fulfill requirements put forth in the Consumer Services attendance policy including ability to work weekend and holiday shifts as required. •All applicants must pass a grammar and typing test (+35 Words Per Minute) as a prerequisite to be considered for employment. •Experience in a goal oriented sales environment is preferred
