Job Title Presales Engineer Work Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat) Job Description • Proof of Concept (POC) or Product Demonstration (On-Site/Remote) • Troubleshooting of POC or Existing Customers Issues • May required to travel domestic or international for Presales • Work with country sales manager to convert lead into opportunity • Conduct webinars and presentations with country sales manager to generate new business • Assist Partners for RFC (Tender) Compliance • Conduct product training for partners (May required to travel domestic or international for Presales) • Train partner engineers and enable them to conduct Product Trainings • Conduct webinars and technology presentation for partners to enable sales • Participate in road shows events with partners • Work with partners to create technical and marketing case studies with reference customers in various verticals Desired Skills • Excellent in verbal / written communication. • Installation / Configuration experience in Networking equipment like Firewall / Router / Switches (Must) • Would be added advantages if have experience in UTM products & Presales Activities. • Excellent Presentation skill • Basic understanding of DNS / Email / Web protocols (Must) • Must be ready for international travel frequently. • Protocol level knowledge of Interfaces would be added advantages.
