Job description: create menu for the new eastern cuisine restaurant, prepare calculation and technological cards, work in the new restaurants kitchen, train kitchen staff, select appropriate products, and control the quality of created meals. Requirements: • Knowledge of English or Russian language; • Excellent knowledge in creating traditional dishes of one or more listed cuisines: Filipino, Thai, Indonesian, Taiwanese, Korean. • Experience with „wok“ dishes is desirable; • Ability to train kitchen staff; • Ability to prepare calculative and technological cards; • The ability to select the required products; • The ability to control the process of created meals.
