JOB OP: Editor/Producer in San Diego We are looking for an Editor/Project Coordinator for our production company. This job is a hybrid role as you will wear many hats. From editing of a TV spot to working with and coordinating outside production vendor timelines and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet. We move at a very fast pace with lots of moving parts so attention to detail is a must. Daily job duties may include: -Editing of TV spots -Coordinating with vendors (audio and animation) to ensure timelines and deliverables -Writing of TV/radio scripts -Conception of TV/video ideas for clients -Working with account executives/clients on upcoming projects -Tracking of revisions and job requests -Managing of a production timeline -Backup and management of video archive -Trafficking of TV/RAdio spots for broadcast -Quality Assurance on spots going out Experience and Knowledge of the following: -Must Currently live in San Diego -Editing: Final Cut Pro -Compression and exporting of various media types -Trafficking of TV files for broadcast (verifying audio and video specs) -Knowledge of using sound tools -Adobe AfterEffects, Cinema 4D, Motion is a plus -Production Project management -Project Coordination/Tracking of Jobs. Being the Liasion between outside production vendors and the client. Tracking Revisions, Reviewing art files, getting vendors necessary elements, calendaring of jobs and deadlines. -Scheduling of Audio Studio Sessions.
