JOB OPENING!! ~Company/Organization: Pride Group ~Position: Digital & Visual Marketing Associate ~No. of Vacancies: 01 ~Job Description / Responsibility: • Provide support and execution of all integrated social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales • Responsible for daily updates on all social media platforms- Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr- through optimized content creation • Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of the optimal media campaigns for all brands, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and display media campaigns • Work with customer services to respond to customer feedback directly on our social media channels, managing any negativity and reporting any issues or trends that arise. (Please note this feedback could arise and need managing out of normal office hours). • Creative and visuals for social media and web including copy, graphics and photography. • Analyze reports and media insights for trends and solutions to optimize business performance • Create and execute a Marketing budget, and plan accordingly before a major sale season • Assisting in product launch activities and visual merchandising for our Dhaka showroom • Create a physical display strategy for offline stores and implement visual merchandising every week • Report directly to the Marketing Manager • Act as a conduit between all areas of the business where social media plays a role - promoting our brand social media channels and getting staff involved • Develop and implement new initiatives to grow the number of fans and followers on our social networks whilst maintaining a highly engaged community. • Keep track of social media statistics month on month ~Educational Requirements: Undergraduate students in Marketing or Communications ~Experience Requirements: • 2 year(s) • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/Development, Retail Stores/Shops, Public Relation, Customer Support/Client Service ~Additional Job Requirements • Age Below or equal to 28 year(s) • Excellent written English communication skills • Use and understanding of digital and social media • Experienced with Google Analytics to produce reports, analyze results, deliver recommendations and deliver quantifiable improvement • Creative thinker who is also highly organized with excellent project management skills and is not afraid to take considered risks • Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and innovatively • Any prior office work in Ad agencies, social media content creation • Web and digital marketing savvy with an awareness of digital marketing platforms • Experience and interest in international fashion a big plus. ~Salary Range: Negotiable ~Job Level: Entry Level Job. ~Job Location: Dhaka >> Applicant must enclose his/her Photograph with CV. >> Application Deadline: September 4, 2014 >> Send Your CV To: reaz_ahmed@pride-grp **Special Instruction : Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with detailed curriculum-vitae including contact number and a recent photograph ON or BEFORE the Application Deadline: September 4, 2014
