JOB OPENING: Life Coach (Mary Immaculate Emergency Department): Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia, Inc. is looking for a Life Coach at Mary Immaculate Emergency Department from the Peninsula that is familiar with community resources and has a strong history of medical experience. The qualified candidate should be an LPN, CNA, ED Technician or Medical Assistant background. This is a full-time position with benefits and the hours are 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Candidate will work with hospital staff to identify patients for the “Life Coach” services, educate patients on available resources, coordinate access to PCP and acute/specialty care personnel, monitor services and provide written quarterly reports and other duties as assigned. Candidate should be computer literate, a self starter, well organized, have a valid Virginia drivers license, an acceptance of Pro-Life philosophy, and be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule if necessary.
