JOB OPENINGS Department:Lead QA / QC Location: BPCL Kochi site(NOT SHUTDOWN) Qualifications:Candidate should be DME with 15 years of experience or BE (Mech) with 10 years of experience in refinery / petrochemical sites. BRIEF JOB PROFILE -------------------------- BE with 10 Years of Experience or DME with 15 Years of Experience Internal Qualified ISO 9001:2008 Auditor Qualified in ASNT LEVEL II – RT,UT,DP & MPI AWS or CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 Qualified (optional) Well conversant with International Standards such as ASME,BS,DIN,IS,ISO, EN & JIS etc. Can do Qualification of WPS & Welder Qualification with respect to ASME SEC IX, IS 7307, AWS D1.1 etc. Well conversant with Piping Grades such as SA 106 Gr.B, A 335 Gr.P11,P22,P5,P9, P91 & SA 312 TP 304,310,321 & 347 etc as per ASME SEC II Part A. Preparation of Job procedure, Inspection Methodology, Inspection Test Plan & Quality Assurance plan as per applicable specification and Clients Technical specification Preparation of Test loops, Weld maps with respect to GA Drawing, Isometrics & Process and Instrument Diagram. Coordinating for IMIR clearance with Client and TPI at site. NDT Clearance of Loop and witnessing of Hydro Test at shop and field. Knowledge of Surface preparation and Painting works. Conducting Internal Audit as per ISO 9001:2008, Reporting NCR and Documenting CAPAR for the same & ensuring proper documentation with respect to requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Coordination of Non- Destructive testing and Stress Relieving work Coordination with TPI and client at site. Reporting to H.O on weekly basis on status of Documents status, job status, NDT progress etc CURRENT OPENINGS: ------------------------------- .
