** JOB OPPORTUNITY ** - Light Industrial - Production Worker (Plastics) Type: Temporary, could go long term and/or permanent for the right candidate! Area: Broomfield, CO Pay $10 - $11 DOE Shift: Mon - Thurs w/possible overtime on Fridays 1st shift 5:00 am - 3:30 pm 2nd shift 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for assembling and building products quickly and correctly • Must be able to read, understand, and follow the bill of materials • Prepare and print box labels for packaging • Complete accurate counts for packaging and assembly • Record daily production entries • Build products per the direction of work orders created by the shipping team • Inspect coworkers products for quality and consistently • Ability to cross train in other departments such as shipping and receiving • Properly package merchandise to prevent damage during shipping • Clean and organize warehouse • Keep workstation clean and organized • Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts • Promotes a safety oriented culture • Train peers on assembly of products Education and Experience: • High School diploma or GED required. • A minimum of 1 year experience in a production environment Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Ability to operate a wide variety of hand and power tools • Knowledge of shipping and receiving methods, techniques and warehouse equipment • Must be organized and detail oriented • Must be able to meet deadlines • Ability to operate forklift when trained and certified Physical Demands: • Consists of repetitive motions • Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility. • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Work Environment: • Usual warehouse conditions will exist such as dust, lighting, and temperature. Required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
