PURPOSE OF JOB : To grow and retain a portfolio of high value corporate relationships by performing a proactive, mobile, value adding financial partnership role, ensuring that close personal attention is given to provide a full array of customised financial solutions and transactional services, tailored to meet the growth needs and potential of the customer and the Bank. 1. Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Provide advice on, promoting, selling and structuring a wide and diverse range of financial solutions customised to best meet the financial needs of high value commercial customers. Acquiring and opening new business accounts on a faceto face basis and provide advice on additional value added solutions to the existing portfolio to assist clients in growing their businesses. Manage deal pipeline and work with product/channel in driving transactional banking sales momentum and closing deals. Sell Transactional Products & Services (TPS) products and provide solutions to Corporate at all levels. Profitable Growth in Sales: Lending Support and Risk Management Plan and implement annual credit reviews for the portfolio. Explaining and structuring/ customising credit loan facility options, parameters and qualifying criteria. Support customers in the completion of credit application information requirements e.g. balance sheets, financial statements and management accounts. Monitor daily referrals to ensure that client facilities are managed within the parameters set by Credit. Manage and control industry sector, client exposure, and securities held to contain risk. Customer Service: Building ongoing close relationships with high value customers in the portfolio, Understand customer needs on an Industry basis and structuring appropriate solution including appropriate delivery platforms. Provide a central advisory/information/query handling service point for the portfolio. Leverage internal networks with Corporate Management, Retail Branch staff, back office Account Support/fulfilment centre staff, Credit Centre and Business Banking. 2. People Management: Manage the Sales Support Officers performance to ensure that work standards and quality work output targets are set, achieved and maintained. Proactively build capacity of the team through coaching and mentoring. 3.
