We have an opportunity for someone to join our team in a new part-time role as a Client Enrollment Advisor. On Target Earnings could see the successful applicant earning an Hourly Rate of between £20-£30 through a combination of a basic hourly rate plus performance related extras. The main responsibility of the role is call and connect with people who have contacted us about our programmes. You will only be calling motivated people who have asked for our help. There is no ZERO cold calling or harassing involved. Youll ask a series of structured questions as part of a systemised process to discover more out more about their fitness and health related goals. If they are suitable and motivated to move forward, youll enroll them into one of our programmes and help them to get started. It’s a responsibility not to be taken lightly. This role is for someone who is values the importance health, exercise and nutrition. Perhaps someone who has made a personal transformation in their own life. This is an in office role from our facility here in Norwich and will be involve approximately 10-12 hours per week between Mon-Thus and be mainly afternoon and evening hours. This is role is not for: Moaners or complainers People not prepared to learn and develop People who aren’t into health and fitness or have no passion around getting healthy and fit People who don’t want to be enthusiastic and help people.
