JOB OPPORTUNITY WITH GEM HEALTH CARE SERVICES: Part-time Administrative coordinator required. Job Duties: - Scheduling field staff and confirm shifts - General Reception, answering phones - Filing, faxing and photocopying - Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail Basic Requirements: - High level of computer proficiency ( MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook knowledge required - Must be punctual, reliable and have a flexible work schedule to meet clients and residence needs - Dynamic, memorable and engaging professional with outgoing personality - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Health care knowledge is an asset but not mandatory - Excellent telephone and customer relation skills - Criminal Reference Clearance from Ottawa Police - Front line supervisory experience - Must be eligible for Bonding - Bilingual (English/French) is an asset Hours - Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 6:00pm - Possibility of more hours - extended from 2:00PM to 8:00PM - Possibility of extra hours with our after hours on-call service Compensation: - To be discussed at interview Send resume to: hr@gemhealthcare ONLY qualified candidates will be contacted
