JOB OPPORTUNITY We have been established since 1983 and we are looking for a self motivated, proactive person to work for us as a self employed part time basis. As Admin & Sales Negotiator in the Residential Lettings market and to a lesser extent Estate Agency. They will need to work from home as we are internet based and must have a working knowledge of computers & MS Office including Excel & Word. Someone who has already worked in the field would be our preferred choice. We manage Residential & block management properties and are always looking to increase our portfolio. We have our properties mainly in Harrogate, Halifax and to a lesser extent in Leeds so the person needs to be a driver with their own car, for which we pay a mileage allowance. We will pay an hourly salary depending on age & experience and currently are looking at around 50 hrs per month. I am currently in Egypt on business & looking initially for CVs via email we will then short list and possibly conference call by Skype with final interviews in Harrogate around 16th April with a start date soon after.
