Native or native-like fluency is required. You are a subject specialist with superior academic credentials, including AIM training, relevant degrees, as well as an Honours Specialist and Ontario Teaching Certification. Your teaching record is exemplary and includes inquiry-based experience. Primary/Junior Visual Arts Specialist Maternity Leave December 2013 – June 2014 A practicing and skilled visual artist, you understand the central role of an “Atelierista” in an inquiry-based Reggio-inspired setting. You value and thrive on collaboration, teams, process and understand the need to integrate visual arts in an environment focused on emergent curriculum. Creativity and a passion for inspiring art concepts and arts understanding in young girls is your passion. A Fine Arts degree and experience with a variety of medium are necessary in our creative, innovative and technology infused environment. You possess an exemplary teaching record which includes inquiry-based experience and you are an enthusiastic participant in the life of the school, including the co-curricular program.
