JOB POSTING Position: Boys and Girls Club Program Leaders(included are Art Program Leader, Physical Fitness/Social Recreation Program Leader, Academic Program Leader) Supervisor: Extension/Unit Director Shifts: Monday – Friday, 2:45-7:00 pm, Wednesday, 1:45-6:00 pm (shifts vary based on Club) Hrs: approx 12-20 hrs/wk Wage: $7.50 - $9.00 / hr Job Summary: Responsible for the planning, implementation, and supervision of age appropriate activities and enrichment programs at the Boys & Girls Club programs. Qualifications: Education: High school education required, some college experience preferred Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications to be completed within 6 months of hire Skills/Knowledge: Ability to motivate and engage youth in programs and activities in the areas of Academic Success, Physical Fitness & Recreation, and Health & Life Skills. Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe, positive environment. Experience in working with youth Must pass a comprehensive background check prior to start of employment.
