JOB: SENIOR SALES MANAGER (REAL ESTATE) ROLE: Driving forward the Sales for the company including managing strategy and implementing improvements and growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1. Managing a team of senior sales management professionals. 2. Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group. 3. Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance. 4. Exposure to regional and global markets. 5. Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:- 1. Degree desired. 2. Having excellent communication and inter-personal skills. 3. Good negotiator and strong leader leading the sales team to achieve set targets. 4. Preferred from background of Property/Real Estate. 5. Preference to candidates who have managed a team being at a senior sales position for the last 2 - 3 years handling Property/Real Estate Sales. 6. Good knowledge in the Property/Real Estate.
