JOB TITLE: IT MANAGER Requirements:- Client Services:- 1.Software patching/updates testing and installation 2.Perform diagnostics and take care of warranty issues for computer, printer 3.Software research and recommendation 4.Roll out of new equipment Install and test initial images Configure client access 5.Provide troubleshooting and consulting level support to senior and junior level staff 6.Experienced with configuring, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment at the major component level 7.Basic Router / switch configuration experience 8.Ability to image and configure computers Network Support:- 1.Setup of client level VPN’s 2.Uses cable testers to detect port speeds and verify network integrity 3.Ability to set IP addressing 4. BreakFix network connectivity issues Soft Skills:- 1.Strong people skills 2.Strong documentation, technical writing/review skills 3.Ability to work well with people 4.Ability to coordinate task between various department and personnel 5.Self-starter 6.Ability to work with minimal supervision 7.Ability to assess priorities and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Education:- HS diploma at a minimum Roles and Responsibilities: - 1.Responsible for all lab equipment and physical lab operations leading team. 2.Troubleshoot and repair/reconfigure lab equipment issues 3.If ask to or in support of inventory control and management 4.Checking/Checkout/inventory of all equipment within the lab including intra-lab movement 5.Maintain accurate inventory of station configuration equipment 6.Maintain accurate inventory of all stored equipment 7.Facilitate the movement and inventory of equipment within the lab 8.Coordinate the movement and inventory of equipment entering and exiting the lab 9.Perform software patching/updates testing and installation 10.Perform diagnostics and take care of warranty issues for computer, printer 11.Provide Software research and recommendation to when necessary 12.Coordinate and rollout new equipment need for projects • Install and test initial images • Configure client access 13.Provide troubleshooting and consulting level support to senior and junior level staff 14.Experienced with configuring, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment at the major component level 15.Basic Router / switch configuration experience 16.Ability to image and configure computers Salary: 50,000 - 80,000/= Send cvs to [email protected]
