VF AzerCredit is currently seeking a Social Performance and Communication Officer for its Head Office. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Contribute to the development of organization’s social performance and communication objectives, polices and procedures; • Conduct various research and assessment activities to evaluate the organization’s business operations from the perspective of established social goals; • Play a key role in conducting socio-economic impact analyses to identify potential impacts, risks and opportunities; • Work closely with other departments to ensure the integrated planning and execution of the organization’s double bottom line strategy; • Manage investments in social projects that support development priorities of local communities and seek to ensure sustainable growth; • Manage all aspects of socio-economic data collection and use; • Ensure timely SPM reporting; • Interpret and manage internal and external voices to shape unified action within organization and improve communication with the general public; • Ensure proper communication of the value of the organization’s products/services and relationships with stakeholders to increase its financial, social and reputational capital; • Identify information that should be regularly, transparently and authentically reported, and ensure integrated reporting to the management and stakeholders; • Manage and apply various researches to implement evaluation and measurement of the performed actions for continued improvement and similar. Required Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • University degree in marketing, public relations, sociology, economics or business administration (MA or MBA is preferred); • 2 or more years of prior experience in social performance management and/or communications experience with multiple stakeholder groups; • Familiarity with SPM practices, including Universal Standards for Social Performance Management, and advanced communication techniques; • Strong verbal and written Azerbaijani and English language skills; • High level of loyalty towards the organization and its mission; • Willingness to be flexible with hours when necessary and ability to travel extensively; • Determined personality with initiative, perseverance, integrity and self-discipline; • Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management tools and graphic design software.
