We are currently seeking for competent and committed individuals to fill below vacant positions: PROJECT MANAGER 1.) Registered Civil Engineer or Architect. 2.) Minimum of Five (5) years working experience in Project Supervision and Engineering Works: 2.a.) Minimum of three (3) years or two (2) project cycles as an Office Engineer; 2.b.) Minimum of two (2) years or one (1) project cycle as an Office Engineer. 3.) Proven leadership ability as seen from past working experience. 4.) Good moral character. 5.) Pleasing personality and good public relation. 6.) Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. 7.) Consistent outstanding rating in periodic performance evaluation. 8.) Additional training in Construction Management and Business Administration. COST CONTROL HEAD 1.) Graduate of Civil Engineer and/or Architect. 2.) Has min. of five (5) to ten (10) years of working experience and training in a related field. 3.) Familiar with the workings of different departments in the Construction Industry. 4.) Has the ability to understand and interpret contract documents. 5.) Basic knowledge of office procedures, accounting, and cost control functions. 6.) Able to plan, organize, and lead project /construction related activities and resources. 7.) Working knowledge in the use of related computer softwares. 8.) Has good communication skills in both verbal and written forms. CONTROL ENGINEER 1.) Graduate of Civil Engineer and/or Architect. 2.) Has min. of two (2) years working experience and training in a related field. 3.) Familiar with the workings of different departments in the Construction Industry. 4.) Has the ability to understand and interpret contract documents. 5.) Basic knowledge of office procedures, accounting and cost control functions. 6.) Working knowledge in the use of related computer softwares. 7.) Has good communication skills in both verbal and written forms. MECHANICAL ENGINEER 1.) B.S. Mechanical Engineering Graduate. 2.) Preferably with at least 5 (five) years relevant working experience in Project Management with background in civil works and electro-mechanical works i.e. HVAC, air conditioning, and ventilation. 3.) Proficient in reading & interpretation of Construction Drawing. 4.) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word/ Excel). ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 1.) B.S. in Electrical Engineering Graduate. 2.) Preferably with at least 5 (five) years relevant working experience specializing in Engineering – Electrical/Construction/Structural or equivalent. 3.) Proficient in reading and interpretation of construction drawing. 4.) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word/ Excel). CIVIL ENGINEER 1.) B.S. Civil Engineering Graduate or equivalent. 2.) Has basic technical drawing and mathematical skills. 3.) Has basic knowledge in reading and understanding of Architectural and Structural Plans. 4.) Newly graduate are welcome to apply. TECHNICAL PROCUREMENT STAFF 1.) Must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Civil). 2.) With basic technical drawing and mathematical computation skills. 3.) With basic knowledge in reading and understanding of architectural and structural plans. 4.) Required skills: Purchasing, Negotiation, and Good Communication. PROJECT ACCOUNTANT 1.) Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent. 2.) Preferably with at least 2 (two) years of working experience in the same capacity gained from the Construction Industry. 3.) Must be honest and hardworking. 4.) Willing to be assigned in Pasig, Mandaluyong, and Cebu. PROJECT ADMIN. PERSONNEL 1.) Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 2.) Preferably with 1 (one) year work experience in the same capacity acquired from the Construction Industry. 3.) Industrious, organized, and has a sense of responsibility. 4.)
