Priority will be given to serious candidate only.. i will call you asap if you are shortlisted.. 1.SALES EXECUTIVE - Sungai Buloh - SPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE - Malaysian only, NOT applicable for foreigner - Open race/Open gender - With Sales Experience - Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay. Knowing Chinese such as Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese and/or Hakka will be an added advantage. - Computer Literacy will be an added advantage. - Should possess own transport. TASKS: - Manage all Sales Operations in a given area including direct selling to existing outlets and penetrating into new outlets. - To visit Hotels, Restaurants, Cafeterias, Petrol Pumps, Highways Rest Areas, Schools, Colleges, Army Canteens, Universities, Wholesale Outlets, Large Provision outlets, etc and initiate business with PRAN range of products. - To market and sell companys products and services to clients. - To monitor merchandising in the outlets. - To handle accounts and collections from the markets on a routine basis. - To organize events and promotional activities in the concerned outlets to maximize sales. - Ensure team engagement and alignment towards set objectives. - Commit to plan and meet the Sales Target set by the company. 2. KEY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE (MODERN TRADE) - Sungai Buloh - Malaysian only, NOT applicable for foreigner - Open race/Open gender - Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Professional Degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. - At least 2-4 year (s) of related work experience in a FMCG Company or related field. - Experience in B2B system is a must. - Required skill(s): Interpersonal, Communication, Modern Trade Sales Operations, Networking and Influencing. - Should possess own transport and willing to travel within the assigned territory. TASKS: - Handle Modern Trade functions by planning and implementing sales and marketing activities with Key Accounts i.e. Hypermarkets to achieve annual sales growth within allocated budget. - Ensure timely listing of new products via trading terms negotiations with buyers to achieve a win-win situation. - Report and analyze KPIs for business advancement. - To arrange for and monitor merchandising in the most appropriate manner to make the products accessible by the consumer in accordance with the Company Merchandising Standards. - Manage and coordinate inter-departmental functions. - Manage receivables as per agreed trading terms by ensuring timely collections. - To organize events and promotional activities in the concerned outlets to maximize sales. Support all trade marketing activities. - Manage stocks off-takes and ensure replenishments to ensure availability of the products at all stores at all times. - Ensure team engagement and alignment towards set objectives. 3. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (MODERN TRADE) - Sungai Buloh - Malaysian only, NOT applicable for foreigner - Open race/Open gender - Age below 45 years. - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Professional Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent. - Required skill(s): Interpersonal, Communication, Modern Trade Sales Operations, Networking and Influencing. - Required language(s): Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. - At least 4 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position. - Preferable Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. - Should possess own transport and willing to travel outstations. TASKS: - Manage all Modern Trade Operations in Malaysia. - To visit Hypermarkets, supermarkets, Mini Markets, Retails Chains, Educational Institutions, Hotels, etc and initiate and monitor business of PRAN range of products. - Report and analyze KPIs for business advancement. - To arrange for and monitor merchandising in all the stores as mentioned above. - Manage and coordinate inter-departmental functions. - To handle accounts and collections from Modern Trade markets on a routine basis. - To organize events and promotional activities in the concerned outlets to maximize sales. - Ensure team engagement and alignment towards set objectives. 4. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE - Malaysian only, NOT applicable for foreigner - Open race/Open gender - Preferably Managers specializing in Sales & Marketing – FMCG Industry. - Good Territory Management & Organizational skills. - Good networking skills & able to build strong and solid relationships. - Creative-minded & able to provide successful short term & long term strategies to improve the overall sales / business. - Proven past achievements (eg. Exceeded sales targets / achieved goals). Great Managerial skills / good leadership skills (Able to lead entire team, coach / mentor). - 3-5 years of working experiences in Sales, Marketing & related fields. - Persistent attitude with the ability to negotiate successfully & engage new business leads (aims to expand the customer base). - Adept in technology and analysis tools i.e. Microsoft Words, Outlook, Web, Databases and etc. - Proactive and analytical with good forecasting mind-set. - Good planning & decision making skills. - Able to handle challenges well & great in problem solving. - Should possess own transport and willing to travel outstations. TASKS: - Perform Sales-driven activities with a target-oriented motives / cross-selling. - Required to achieve sales target given by the Management. - Directs the selling activities within the regional geography / set vision of the region / manages multiple districts within a region. - Requires to manage a team. - Highly self-motivated and able to motivate others for development. - Target oriented / Result-driven. - Survey and understand market trends and customers, for future growth. -Reports to the National Sales Manager. - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. - Firm understanding of basic economic, business concepts and financial subject matters.
