JOB VACANCY: QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF - Angeles City Qualifications: *Female, not more than 30 years old. *Graduate of a four year course, preferably Food Technology. *Fresh Graduates/Entry level are encouraged to apply. *Other courses maybe chosen provided that you have a minimum of 6 months work related experience preferably in ice cream manufacturing field. *Must have the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities. Duties and Responsibilities: *Performs laboratory analysis such as microbiological analysis. *Conducts sensory evaluation on finished goods and on receiving raw materials. *Responsible for the establishment and implementation of quality and Food Safety Program. *Constructs quality guidelines. *Handles customer complaint regarding product quality. *Conducts quality training on Good Manufacturing Services, Product handling and Product knowledge. *Conducts evaluation of packaging materials and chemicals used for cleaning and sanitation. *Set standard parameters in production as for the conformity of the product. *Conducts research and Development. *Prepares documents in any institutional audit. *Coordinates with supplier if there is a quality issue regarding delivered raw materials. *Conducts root cause analysis. *Manage other tasks assigned by superior/head. for interested applicants, please email your resume @ bnchr@yahoo
