QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 5 years’ experience in value added Call Center BPO sales with proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets (required) • Proven skills and experience in selling call Center services to small and mid-size companies. • Able to think strategically and understand complexities of global call Center operations and pricing. • Able to manage and facilitate complex working relationships across multiple functions • Well-developed project management skills • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers • Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of excellence in internal/external customer interaction and impeccable attention to detail. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, sales, marketing and relationship management skills • Proven self-motivated, energetic, out-going, out-spoken, charismatic, extroverted sales ‘hunter’. • Bring an extensive ‘rolodex’ of business contacts. • Experience using MS Office.
