Job Description: Keep abreast of all campaigns, factory recalls and service bulletins as well as educating appropriate personnel with this information. Ensure proper shipping/receiving of all warranty parts. Ensure that all warranty paperwork is properly documented and that all verifying criteria needed by the factory/distributor are processed correctly. Conduct regular meetings with factory/distributors to review any issues with component failures and/or warranty payments. Provides administrative and clerical support by typing correspondence, filing and distributing documents and spreadsheets. Assists with the completions and tracking of recalls and campaigns. Provide support to maintenance department by reporting, analyzing and researching warranty information that support corporate objectives and business decisions.
