JOBS in GOLDEN LAND Operations Business Partner The Operations Business Partner will be responsible with managing effective relationships and good engagement between the MK Group and its business partners. The Operations Business Partner will also assist the different MK business units to achieve their goals and targets and support the strategic direction of the businesses by review of key business drivers and performances and taking part in problem solving. The Operations Business Partner role requires strong communication, analytical, stakeholder and project management skills. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Business Partnering • Liaise with assigned businesses within the MK Group and its business partners to ensure there is optimal flow of communication • Provide strategic analysis and support and understand the key drivers and challenges in the business. Use this knowledge to define potential actions to effectively improve the management and processes within the business unit. • Present relevant information and make appropriate recommendation to the MK Group and its associates for the continuous improvement of operations • Assist in the setup of new businesses within the MK Group as necessary • Plan, organize, conduct business improvement projects and/or management reviews Business And Operational Analysis • Track department KPIs and provide recommendations to improve metrics where applicable. • Work with the VP Operations and other business unit leaders in developing and evaluating data to support data driven assessments and changes that will direct performance towards achieving strategic objectives • Analyze the activities and trends of the assigned processes or business units and compare analyses against customer and service standards and best practice. • Document workflows and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational efficiency and effectiveness • Identify opportunities for improving financial performance and/or decreasing cost among the different business units • Work with senior leadership to develop long term financial projections and performance Others • Perform other tasks independently and under minimal supervision as required QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • University degree. Business degree preferred. • At least 5 years of relevant work experience PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong stakeholder management skills • Advanced written and verbal communication with good command of the English, Myanmar and Thai language. Should be able to communicate across different levels of the organization • Knowledge in Microsoft systems specifically with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to multitask, prioritize and take initiative • Good creative problem solving skills.
