JOBS in GOLDEN LAND Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) Responsibilities: • Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and driving works to meet deadline; • Coordinate with consultants in all mechanical and electrical services for optimum design; • Liaise with end user for M&E services requirements; • Source material pricing from suppliers / manufacturers / contractors for cost comparison; • Check and evaluate the tenderers quotations; • Coordinate/liaise with local authorities related to all necessary MEP requirements for the project; • Participate in testing & commissioning of all building’s M&E services; • Ensure all engineering works carried out are in compliance with country’s relevant statutory standards, regulations and Code of Practices. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years working experience in the building construction/consultant/contracting. • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in related field; • A highly motivated team player with strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills; • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency; • Able to work independently under tight deadline environment; • Good command of both spoken and written English; • Proficient in Microsoft Office application; • Project work is based in Bago Province; • Willing to travel.
