JOHN 16:7 However, I am telling you nothing but the truth when I say it is profitable (good, expedient, advantageous) for you that I go away. Because if I do not go away, the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you [into close fellowship with you]; but if I go away, I will send Him to you [to be in close fellowship with you]..He proceeds From GoD the father(John 15:26) meaning HE has Gods nature and Doings and says..and HE is sent send in the NAME of JESUS meaning he is the NAME of Jesus and the NAME is HE.so that when we say in the NAME of JESUS HE response,because He was send in the NAme of Jesus (John 14:26)if you are send in the president NAME then where you go you will be seen as the president and all must obey you as though youwhere the President.this is why He is other counselor..but you know him for he Lives with you and in you...THANK LORD FoR this REVELATION.
