JOIN ME AT THE END OF MAY for a three-day immersion in silence and the nondual teachings at the Garrison Institute outside of New York City. Each day Ill be offering teachings, guided meditations, and dialogue, and well have ample time to sit together in the profound stillness of being. The power of a retreat like this is the opportunity it provides to join together with an intimate group of kindred spirits (maximum of 25) and focus our attention on exploring the great matter of life and death: Who am I, why am I here, what is the deeper meaning of life? For this retreat well explore the paradox of being both no one and someone, a person in the world, with our unique preferences and idiosyncracies, and at the same time consciousness undisturbed by the vicissitudes of life. This still point, where emptiness bursts into form, I like to call the razors edge. How do we honor our someoneness while living from the truth of our sacred emptiness? Because of the intimate size of this retreat, well have plenty of time to delve into this paradox together and to answer any questions you might have and to clarify your understanding.
