#JOKE: A Governor was in the church for thanksgiving. The topic of the sermon was repentance. After the sermon, pastor Akpos asked the congregation: “If anybody wants to give your life to God, lift your hand and let me pray for you!” Nobody responded for at least three times. Then the Governor went to the altar made statement: “If you want to give your life to God, please lift up your hands, let pastor Akpos pray for you, because we want to have good citizens in this state. A young guy lifted up his hands reluctantly. The governor asked his personal aide to give the guy 15 million naira. The governor repeated the same statement again. This time almost everybodys hands were up. The Governor turned to pastor Akpos to pray for them. To his greatest surprise the hand of pastor Akpos was also up. What lesson can we learn from this story?
