Position Type: Company Payroll Job Description:- 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) a. Write good-quality, unique content for the E&G Global Estates website b. Plan and execute a natural link building campaign c. Monitor and manage existing back links d. Develop and perform SEO strategies to promote E&G Global Estates website to nos 1 ranking in SERPs for keywords 2. Managing Search Engine Advertising a. Performing keyword research to enhance CTR b. Writing web ads c. Managing ad campaigns and improving according to results d. Analyzing advertising data & making informed decisions about future campaigns and honing existing ones e. Competitor research to ensure we are keeping up with other brands f. Working to a budget and endeavoring to reduce costs 3. Multi Channel Presence As a Real Estate construction company we want to build a multi-channel online presence for the business. The Digital Marketing Executive will be involved in expanding E&G Global Estate Ltd online presence into new channels including social media which will provide a marketing outlet and an additional channel of sales and referrals. We are looking to increase our presence on the following sites: a. You Tube b. Linkedin c. Twitter d. Leading Property Sites e. Google Shop f. Other emerging channels 4. Website Administration a. On-going improvement of the E&G Global Estates’s website by advising of improvements b. Analysing customer behavior c. Lead Management through activities like website banners etc. d. Liaising with E&G Global Estates’s website developer on developments e. Managing the service level of hosting partner 5. Product Upload a. Upload all the project related information on website b. Upload contents like flash presentations or 3D walkthroughs of the projects on the website in order to increase the appeal of the website. c. Liaise with the website developer to work out innovativeness on the interface of the website for the customer. 6. Strictly follow company feedback system and Company policies. 7. Confidentiality of any company related data to be maintained falling which company will be forced to take legal actions against the candidate. 8. Strictly follow the branding manual of the company while executing any activities in the marketing 9. Ensure monitoring of expenses and timely payment of vendor invoices Desired Skills and Experience 1. Graduation in any discipline plus MBA in Marketing from any of the premier institutes 2. Additional education (trainings/ certifications) in the technology industry for soft skills (sales training) and specific technology certifications helpful but not mandatory. 3. Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills 4. Should be presentable, confident in approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. 5. Should be assertive and able to influence. 6. Should possess excellent data analytical skills, and have the ability to work across age events/ on-ground promotion for customer awareness. 7. Good with spreadsheets on analytics using macros in excel [advanced] with key functions and make professional presentations. 8. Problem Solving Skills are a core requirement. 9. The candidate needs to have excellent work ethic, business acumen, the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to increase business. 10. The candidate should have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure (as demonstrated by their academic, co-curricular or extracurricular successes). 11. Should be willing to stay at client locations for long period of time, which may be away from base location. 12. Preferred industry experience – Real Estate Must have experiences of 2-3 years in 1.
