JONATHANS MORAL DEFICITS AND THE WAR ON INSURGENCY “I don’t - TopicsExpress

JONATHANS MORAL DEFICITS AND THE WAR ON INSURGENCY “I don’t care about the war against Boko Haram… they are my enemies killing themselves”. –President Jonathan. ...a president who allegedly said in a forthcoming book “I don’t care about the war against Boko Haram… they are my enemies killing themselves” may have a dual and duplicitous face on Boko Haram-one, the “I don’t care” private face which is the President’s true face and the “I pretend to care if I can manipulate it and if it works in favor of my re-election bid in 2015…” public face which stalls every attempt to honestly solve the problem. ...while on one hand President Jonathan declared in the face of massive deaths of Nigerians that the increased terrorism and insurgency are merely magnified by the media, the same president Jonathan who is not known to engage in any self-examination of his actions and policies canceled a military pact with the United States- a cancelation that weakens Nigeria’s resolve to fight militarily. It is strange that a government facing a major insurgency will cancel a helpful military support and yet claim that such country is not ready to help!... ...If President Jonathan does not care in private, he cannot care in public. Nigerians must do something. The world must do something to help. President Jonathan is morally weak and is morally incapable to fight terrorism in Nigeria. Something drastic must be done to save a deepening and sinking situation. Adeolu Ademoyo Premium Times. 7/12/2014 For the details of the disquisition see: blogs.premiumtimesng/?p=166269
