JOS BOMB BLAST UPDATE: In furtherance of support for victims of the recent multiple bomb blast in Jos, Plateau State, the Federal Government has distributed medical consumables to the various hospitals where they are presently receiving treatment. The items were distributed on behalf of the President Dr Goodluck Jonathan by the Minister of Water Resources Mrs Sarah Ochekpe who led the Federal Government delegation to Jos and also commiserated with the affected people and government of Plateau State. On the delegation were the Director General of the National Emergency Management Agency Muhammad Sani Sidi OFR, Representatives of the Police Deputy Inspector General of Police Sotonye Leroy Wakama, representative of the NSCDC Deputy Commandant-General of the Nigerian Security Civil Defence Corps Evans Ewurum and Representative of the Nigerian Red Cross Umar Maigari. After a visit to the victims at the hospital and delivery of the medical supports, the delegation was also at the Government House to deliver the sympathy of the President Dr Goodluck Jonathan to the Governor Jonah David Jang who was represented by his Deputy Ignatius Longjang. #NemaNigeria
