JPAM the man is enemies with : honesty, democracy, free and fair elections, good governance and accountability! He has accumulated enough money to purchase more votes than his comrades in the crime. The first beneficiary of that money was the church in Luwero to which he donated 30 million at once. If the moral fabric of Uganda had not been broken the church would have advised him that he should have returned the money to the Northern Uganda project from which the money to purchase him the most luxurious car was diverted. There will be more questions than he has answers for right from his village up to the entire country!
