JT has been hit with another poor customer satisfaction rating. The news comes just one week after nearly three quarters of islanders said theyd change their fixed line provider if they could. Now, the latest mobile phone customer satisfaction survey from the Channel Islands Competition Regulator, shows that over half of JTs customers are unhappy with their quality of service.
